Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and efficient provision of our website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form (name, email address, subject, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Processor: To technically handle the contact form, we use the service Web3Forms (Starter Tools LLP). The transmitted data is forwarded to our email address. Web3Forms does not store the data permanently. For more information, see web3forms.com/privacy.
Storage period: The data you provide remains with us until the purpose for the data processing ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been fully processed) or you ask us to delete it.
6. Applications by email
If you apply to us by email, we process your application data (name, contact details, CV, cover letter, and other documents you submit) for the purpose of carrying out the application process.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship).
Storage period: In the event of a rejection, your application data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest, unless there is a legitimate interest in longer storage.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. Only technically necessary information is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) to save your settings (e.g. the cookie notice).

We do not use any analytics tools, tracking services, or social media plugins on this website. No data is transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.
