About the Role
We are looking for a Business Developer to help us grow Gradient Technologies. You will play a key role in building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. As an early team member, you will directly shape our go-to-market strategy and help bring our products to a broader audience.
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop relationships with potential investors and institutional clients
- Build partnerships with financial institutions, family offices, and asset managers
- Support fundraising and capital acquisition efforts
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Help shape the go-to-market strategy for our products
- Represent Gradient Technologies at industry events and conferences
- Prepare investor presentations and pitch materials
What We Are Looking For
- Background in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Genuine interest in AI and financial markets
- Strong communication skills in both English and German
- Self-starter mentality — we value efficiency over complexity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making
Nice to Have
- Network in the German financial and investment industry
- Understanding of fund structures and financial regulation
- Previous startup or early-stage company experience
- Knowledge of quantitative finance
